Children need to perform different types of exercise to be physically fit, just as adults do. Aerobic exercise is a type of exercise that makes the heart pump. It will generally make children sweat and breathe faster. It is excellent for strengthening the heart. Some examples of aerobic exercises include swimming, cycling, volleyball, skating and even fast walking.
A tag game full of fun can be a great way for kids to do aerobic exercise. Another important type of exercise is muscle strengthening. Exercises like push-ups, lunges, and tractions strengthen the body of children.
Strength training can also help children make their bodies a little bigger. Tug-of-war is an excellent and fun game that will help children develop muscles and strengthen themselves.
Flexibility is another important part of physical health. It is important that a child can move his arms and legs freely without feeling oppression or pain. Ballet, martial arts, and yoga are all types of exercises that will help increase flexibility.
Doctors recommend that children train for at least 60 minutes a day. Most of the 60 minutes should involve aerobic exercise: they really need to beat their heart. But every type of exercise must be part of a child’s daily exercise at least three times a week.

Neuron Jump Rope
Skipping rope is more difficult than it looks. Working legs and arms to jump and turn the rope at the same time is a good form of exercise. Give your child a jump rope and teach him how to play Neuron Jump Rope. After singing the next rhyme, count the number of times you jump quickly without losing. Song, “Neuron, a neuron in my brain, how many neurons will I get?” Ask your child to jump as quickly as possible to see how many neurons he receives. Challenge your friends to a contest and see which child gets the highest score.
Children often have fun competing with one another. Create a fitness challenge for your child and their friends. Take the challenge once a week and determine how fast your children improve. Make a list of five attitudinal challenges and leave a place to record each person’s results. Challenge the children to run 50 yards, perform the long jump standing, do push-ups for a minute, swing on the monkey bars and ride the bikes around the cones installed in the driveway. Adapt activities to your child’s age and level of interest.
Challenge your child to improve his fitness level by showing him how to play Cross Over Relay with some of his friends. The combination of running and throwing games helps coordination and heart. Divide the group into two teams and designate a starting line and a goal line. Mark the goal line within the launch distance of the start. Ask the children to form a single row of files after the start. After saying “Go”, look at the first child in each line running towards the goal line while carrying a volleyball ball. As soon as you cross the finish line, tell him to turn around and throw volleyball at his next teammate. Any team gets all its members on the goal line, first wins.
Crossing the Stream
If your child plays basketball or another sport that requires jumping skills, do so by playing Crossing the Stream to strengthen the leg muscles. At your entrance or asphalt, start drawing two chalk lines to represent a sequence. Extend and narrow the distance between the two lines, but do not draw lines more than 4 feet away. Designate the crossing points and ask the child to jump from one side of the “flow” to the next. Blow it with both feet together and make big jumps.
